Class II Permissive Change: Enables portable use when integrated into the HP Notebook PC/ Model: HSN-Q39C-4. The highest reported SAR for the body and simultaneous transmission use conditions are < 0.10 W/kg and 0.76 W/kg, respectively.

This grant is valid only when the module is sold to OEM integrators and must be installed by the OEM or OEM integrators. The antenna used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. End-users may not be provided with the module installation instructions. OEM integrators and end-users must be provided with transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. This device has 20/40/80/160 MHz bandwidths.

Power Density and SAR testing was performed to demonstrate RF exposure compliance. SAR has been evaluated at 5 mm. The highest reported SAR values for body and simultaneous transmission use conditions are 0.21 W/kg and 1.05 W/kg, respectively.
