Power Output listed is conducted. Modular Approval. The antenna(s) used for thistransmitter must not transmit simultaneously with any other antenna or transmitter, exceptin accordance with FCC multi-transmitter product procedures. Grantee must provideinstallation and operating instructions for complying with FCC multi-transmitter productprocedures. This module is approved in mobile/portable configurations. Only thoseantenna(s) tested with the device or similar antenna(s) with equal or lesser gain may beused with this transmitter. Grantee must coordinate with OEM integrator to determineapplicable host configurations to ensure RF exposure compliance, including simultaneoustransmission SAR requirements according to published KDB 616217 supplementdocumentation. When all conditions of this filing cannot be met installation of this deviceinto specific final products may require the submission of a permissive change application, containing appropriate data demonstrating compliance, or a new application. Thistransmitter has 20MHz, 40MHz, 80MHz bandwidth modes as described in this filing. Device is a client only device containing a 2 x 2 MIMO configuration, enabled for either 2.4 or 5GHz band operations as described in this filing. OEM/Host integrator must be provided withantenna installation instructions and transmitter operating conditions to satisfy RF exposurecompliance. OEM/Host integrator is responsible for complying with the instructions andrequirements for each transmitter they choose to integrate into a host product. The highestreported Body and Simultaneous SAR values are 0.63W/kg and 1.24W/kg respectively. This module is approved in portable/mobile configurations with antenna SkyCrossreference Antenna, Type PIFA at 14mm minimum test separation distance. SAR testing was performed to demonstrate RF compliance.

Class II Permissive Change: Limited Single Modular Approval, to reduce the power and address RF Exposure in the portable configuration host of ASUS Portable Computer, model: UP6502Z, Q529Z, Q539Z, RP6502Z, as documented in this filing. The highest reported SAR for body exposure conditions and simultaneous transmission exposure conditions are 1.17 W/kg and 1.44 W/kg, respectively.

CC: This device is certified pursuant to two different Part 15 rules sections.
MO: This Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) device was evaluated for multiple transmitted signals as indicated in the filing.
ND: This UNII device complies with the Transmit Power Control (TPC) and Dynamic Frequency Selection (DFS) requirements in Section 15.407(h).
